Daycare centres
Daycare is more than supervision – it is the place where self-worth is born.
In daycare happens what can hardly be caught up on later: bonding, self-efficacy, social interaction and emotional security. And you know this. Every day you give closeness, orientation and attention – even when the system sometimes demands the opposite: too little staff, too much responsibility, too many construction sites at once.
Maybe you ask yourself: "How can I give children resilience when I sometimes lack the strength myself?" Or: "How am I supposed to teach self-worth when the group dynamics are challenging and every day is tightly scheduled?"
Because resilience does not grow by itself – but in daycare it can be nurtured every day. Children who learn early to deal with emotions, tolerate frustration and set boundaries are better prepared – for school, community and life.
My resilience and life-skills training
My resilience training for daycare centres was developed exactly for this: to strengthen children's self-perception playfully, in motion and in an emotionally touching way. Not as an additional "programme", but as an impulse that integrates seamlessly into the daycare routine.
What is seen today remains stable tomorrow – resilience work begins in the small things. With lots of play, movement and relationship, the children learn to sense themselves better, to endure conflicts and to communicate more bravely – entirely without a raised index finger, but at eye level, with heart and clarity.
Based on the concept "Stark auch ohne Muckis", I work hands-on, child-appropriate and with a clear goal: fostering emotional stability early – for everything that comes.
Your added value at a glance
What you can book: a resilience training specifically for daycare centres – everyday-ready and flexible to use.
How it works:
- Three sessions of 60–90 minutes per group (adapted to age)
- Bookable as project days or compact weekly impulses
- Carried out directly on site in your daycare centre
- I bring everything – materials, concept and methods
What it achieves:
- Children learn to understand and name their feelings
- Conflicts in the group are recognised earlier and caught lovingly
- The group climate improves noticeably – more calm, more connection, more trust
- Professionals experience relief because children handle challenges more independently
Who I am – and why I do exactly this
I come from pedagogical practice myself and know the balancing act between heart, structure and reality. Today I support daycare centres in strengthening exactly what no education plan spells out concretely – but what is decisive for every child: feeling safe, being heard and sensing – I am right the way I am.
I work with a fine sense for groups and a genuine eye for the individual child. What counts is not what is said, but what is felt and kept.
